I James Rust of Vancouver BC am in the process of purchasing a home in Palm Springs. On the advise of my real estate agent I hired Advantage to do a home inspection for me . I practice real estate law in Vancouver and have seen many inspection reports in my practice . I have never seen as detailed a report as this company produced nor one that as a home buyer was so easy to follow and understand . For the modest fee of $350 Advantage has I figure saved me several thousands of dollars that I would otherwise have had to pay out at a latter date. My wife and I who have built several homes in Vancouver had done an inspection ourselves but did not see most of the things that the trianed eye of such a profesional was able to point out. I would highly recommend Advantage to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Palm Springs area. |

Bruce performs an INCREDIBLE JOB! I have purchased numerous properties, been through numerous home inspections. Bruce is so very knowledgible, he goes through the property with a fine tooth comb, is AMAZING at taking the time to explain everything that he see's. His work is unmatched! Normally a home inspector simply wants to rush through the job, and get the heck out of Dodge.
